Equipment for Cancer Hospital

$75,210

A few years ago, in line with rotary motto “service above self”, the rotary club of Ambala embarked upon commencing a 'cancer awareness and counseling program'. With the passage of time, the evolution of this program over the years culminated in rotary club of Ambala deciding to set up a full-fledged 'Rotary Ambala cancer and general hospital'. At present the OPD unit is running successfully with a good in-flow of patients; and as envisaged in the objectives of the society, consultation, diagnosis and treatment are provided to patients at almost half the rates prevalent in the market. This is a mega project of rotary club of Ambala, in the service of humanity, and will eventually benefit at least 50,000 patients per annum in the surrounding areas. This medical facility, in due course of time, will be a multi super-specialty cancer hospital in Ambala of which not only the rotary club of Ambala but the entire community of Ambala shall feel proud of.
