For the pass 22 years northern Uganda has experienced sever conflict between the Lord's Resistance Army and the Uganda People Defence Forces of the Ugandan Government. The people of northern Uganda predominantly the Acholi were mostly the victim. Infrastructure and many lives were destroyed, schools burn down and desk used by the soldiers for cooking. hence,as there is relative peace and calm at the moment, there is need to rebuild the lost life and water points for better health.
