Purchase of four COMBI MIXERS used for blood collection in blood donation camps. Rotary Blood Bank managed and directed by Past District Governor and former Governor of Uttarakhand and Sikkim,Rtn. Sudershan Agarwal is doing great community service by collecting thousands of units of blood every year and giving them to the needy in the society. Hundreds of lives are saved through the efforts of Rotary Blood Bank. We in Rotary organize a large number of voluntary blood donation camps throughout the year. We are in urgent need of COMBI MIXERS which are vital in mixing and preventing coagulation of blood during the blood collection process. These are vitally important in serving the society and saving lives. The project will be completed within the current Rotary year (2010-11). In fact we will complete the project as soon as an International partner club is located and the matching grant is approved and the funds are available. We are already ready with the required contribution from our Rotary Club. |
