Chandra Sanskrit Higher Secondary School is located in Dharan 16. Sanskrit Language is one of the most ancient language in the world. Veda and Mahabharata is written in Sanskrit Language which are engraved in the culture of Asia mostly in South and South-east Asia. Chandra Sanskrit School was created by an individual donor named Chandra Prasad Acharya. He was a social worker in this area, he donated all of his property to this school to preserve the ancient language and philosophy. This school is established almost 50 years ago. School has now upgraded as Higher School with 12 grades. This school provide free education to all. Most of the students come from the poor families in slum areas or some children, sheltering in another's house for education and food. This School will provide education in Science from the next academic Year. The government has limited resources for construction of the science building but lack Lab equipments. Thus, this project is proposed for installing of Lab Equipments.
