	D-2227    India - Bangalore Free Mega Jaipur Limb Project $52,500 The Free Mega Jaipur Limb Camp is being conducted since its inception in the last fourteen years by Rotary Bangalore Peenya, RI Dist 3190,India.So far over 23,000 beneficiaries have been provided artificial fitments which include Artificial Jaipur Limb,Limbs, Crutches, Calipers, Wheel Chairs and Ti-Cycles. The Juipur artificial limb project aims to improve the beneficiaries quality of life by giving an opportunity for reintegration into the mainstream of society by providing free artificial limbs,crutches, calipers, wheel chairs and tricycles. The unemployed and those with insufficient income to sustain the immediate needs of their families are the intended beneficiaries. The Jaipur Foot limb project will be held for a period of 6- 8 days at a stretch in the month of January 2012 in Bangalore, India. Free food and stay is provided to the beneficiaries and the attenders of the beneficiaries who attend the camp. As the beneficiaries' mobility increases after the camp they will be able to take care of themselves and also their family members and will be able to lead a better qunlity of life.
