Rotary Club Delhi Metro Wishes to Provide a 37 Seater Passenger Bus for mentally and physically challenged children at “Savera School for Special Children” , Under the umbrella of Sparsh, it has been working with mentally and physically challenged children for the last 15 years. Children with disabilities like – Autism, Borderline to severe mental retardation, ADHD, Hearing impaired, Cerebral Palsy, and even the Learning disabled are provided aid, training and physiotherapy.
We at the Rotary Club of Delhi Metro have always tried to help in providing facilities within our reach to the needy children.
• Sensory Integration
• Neurodevelopment Therapy
• Early Intervention For Child On High Risk
• Muscle Reeducation Techniques
• Activities of Daily Living
• Cognitive Therapy
• Behaviour Therapy
Under the Matching Grant Project, we hope to procure a 37 seater passenger bus costing Rs 14,98,500 or $ 33300 /-, for these children, to ferry them for treatment, therapy and interactive sessions, that are so important. We are of the strong belief that we can not make a difference with every child but we are sure and we know absolutely we can make a qualitative difference in the life of some. This is where we solicit your help and generosity to make our project come alive.
This project will receive a lot of visibility for Rotary as the names of both the sponsor clubs domestic as well as international would be printed in bold letters on both sides of the bus. |
