Burnt Voilence Treatment

Our main project is to support burns survivors or patients of different hospital according to their economic condition. It’s very sad to say that In Nepal, day by day burns patients is increasing. There are many causes of burns that are Accidental, Suicide and Homicide.

The main intended beneficiaries are:

• Lessened financial burden through nutrition support and medical assistance.

• Strengthened self-esteem of the survivors through counseling.

• Enhanced ability to move body scarred through physiotherapy.

It help the community by getting the facilities of nutrition, medical support as well as it help to sensitize them about burns violence or effect of burns.

It might take 1 year t complete this project but it depend upon the cases of the patients.

Describe how the benefiting community will maintain this project after grant funding has been fully expended.

Community will get fully benefit from this project. For burns treatment it is very expensive sometime one surgery is not enough. So, through this project we support them in surgery, medicine as well as in nutrition. For the burns patients they need lots of proteins so nutrition is must. Most of the burns patients come from low economic background so through our small support it helps them lessened financial burden. Through counseling it helps survivors to strengthen their self esteem. Through Physiotherapy it helps patients to enhanced ability to move their body scarred.
