This project will provide 20 scholarships to adults of a very low income, so they can study High School. When they graduate, the factory in which they work promotes them automatically to a better position and they can offer a better quality of life to their families. The Secretary of Public Education validates the High School Certificate they will receive. This project needs two years to be completed.
