 Our club is Rotary Club of Kinnigoly of RID 3180, INDIA. has 16 years old, Kinnigoli is located at Costal belt of Karnataka state. It is near to one of the famous piligrim centre called Kateel attraced by thousand of devotees from all over India. we the rotarians of RC KINNIGOLI, RID 3180 INDIA identified folowing project for Matching GRANT PROJECT of ROTARY FOUNDATION OF ROTARY INTERNATIONAL
Sub : Providing Furnitures to Rotary School in Kinnigoli,Karnataka INDIA
I wish to draw your kind attention to my proposal requesting international Rotary Sponsorship from your club under Rotary School Support System.
We are running the Rotary School in Kinnigoli. The school consists of three seperate institutions. They are Rotary Kindergarden, Rotary Higher Primary School & Rotary High School. Now the school is running under the Management of Rotary Club of Kinnigoli.
Every year the strength of the school has been steadily increasing because of the effective teaching by the dedicated teachers. Now 1000 students ( both boys & girls) are learnig in this school. So, the school is in the dire needs of furniture because many of the students made to sit on the floor in the study hours.
The main problem faced by this institution is that the students are comming from very poor families and as a result school authorities are unable to collect the basic fees which is required to be paid by them. Since students are comming from poor farm workers and factary workers families.
We the Rotarians only understand the problems facing by the school and want to extand helping hand to provide the requirements. There for I request you and all the members of your district/clubs to kindly consider our above project for financial assistance as an international sponsor and help us in implementing the above project which is truly humanitarian in nature and help more than 1000 poor families. |
