Email will be sent to the co-sponsor in the project country to notify him/her of your support. If the project is fully pledged, you will communicate with the co-sponsor to fill the Matching Grant form, sign it, and send it to Rotary International in Evanston. Do not send any money. You will send the money to The Rotary Foundation after the grant paperwork is approved.
