Project Description Country: USA Location: Huntington Beach,CA Total Budget: $3,800 Areas of Focus: Basic education and literacy, Economic and community development Activity Type: Education: General Summary: Rent a storage container and furnish with shelving and lighting to store food and clothing for homeless H.S. Students. In the past our Club has supported Robynes Nest, a local Non-Profit. The Non-Profit was started by Robyne Wood who collects and distributes food, toiletries, and clothing to local High School Students who are homeless. She has been storing these supplies in her garage but, has now run out of room, and desires to rent a storage container. Our Club is submitting this Grant to cover the container rental cost for one year and furnish it with shelving, lighting, and ladders. Our Club Members will help Robyne install the shelving, help move supplies into the container, and volunteer to help distribute the supplies to the homeless High School Students.
