Project Description Country: USA Location: Norwalk California Total Budget: $3,000 Areas of Focus: Maternal and child health, Economic and community development Activity Type: Education: Volunteer Services Summary: ' Santa ' Rotarians bring gifts and entertaiment to handicap children at the Norwalk La Mirada School Dristrict Nueffer Middle School Sander Unit in Norwalk CA The Norwalk Rotary club will provide educational gifs picked out by there teachers for each individual needs of each student approximately 45 students. We provide Bus transportation for the Norwalk High School Choir. All Rotarians will be involved playing Santa and his Elves. Each child is called up to meet Santa and receive there gift. The Norwalk High school Choir will be doing Christmas Carols. After that we all meet in the Sander Unit where we all join in a pot luck luncheon and visit the class rooms of all the Kids opening there gifts. The Norwalk Rotary Club has been doing tis project for over 30 Years.
