Project Description Country: Mexico Location: Alimos, Mexico Total Budget: $2,500 Area of Focus: None Activity Type: Water: Supply/Access Summary: The Rotary Club of Scottsdale will install Water filters in the community of Alimos Mexico Scottsdale Rotary club will partner with the Rotary Club of Alimos and purchase products to build the water filters from local materials in Alimos. The Rotary club of Alimos will also join the Scottsdale club in purchasing products to build and install the Filters. A District Grant was used last year on installing the filters and the Grant this year is to continue to build water filters for homes that do not have filters. Members of our Rotary club will travel to Alimos to assist in building the filters and installing them.
