Dear Rotarians in the Hinsdale Club,
You received District Grant funds for this Project. We are at the end of the Rotary Year, so we need you to submit a Final Report for the Project.
If the Project was not carried out, your Club will need to refund the grant amount.
Please note:
•The Final Report and supporting documentation must be filed by July 1.
•We cannot proceed with the 2018-2019 District Grant until the Final Report and your supporting documentation are filed, reviewed by our Stewardship Committee, and approved by the District Grants Committee.
•If final reports are not filed, you will need to refund the grant amount to the District.
