Project Description Country: USA Location: Huntington Beach CA Total Budget: $6,700 Areas of Focus: Peace and conflict prevention/resolution, Maternal and child health, Basic education and literacy, Economic and community development Activity Type: Community Development: General Summary: Food and School Supplies for children of low income families The funds will be used to purchase and distribute food and school supplies to children of low income families whose parents participate in ESL classes at Goldenwest College. Club members will purchase approved items and assist in the distribution of backpacks containing food and school supplies to the children. Project will run from September 2108 to June 2019.
