Summary: Purchase and Install Commercial Kitchen equipment for Volunteer Program

We will purchase and install commercial kitchen equipment for the Children's lunch box, a community non-profit providing meals to underserved children. The service has expressed a need to replace aging kitchen equipment with a primary need of commercial appliances. In addition to club funds, club members will source equipment to meet the needs and budget of the service. Club members will also volunteer time and resources to install the equipment. Club members also volunteer on a regular basis to work in the kitchen. This project will increase the efficiency and capacity of the service. The program has expanded to provide weekend meals to eight title one schools and summer meals to underserved locations thru out Anchorage.
