Project Description Country: USA Location: Orland Park Total Budget: $15,000 Area of Focus: Economic and community development Activity Type: Community Development: General Summary: Rotary clock tower to increase community visibility Our club desires to place a beautiful 2 sided rotary clock tower in the park of the Orland park train station to increase community presence & visibility to attract new members to help us in our community & global efforts. Our community is 56,000 in size, and we believe of a "town clock tower" will beautify the area and increase our visibility to our community in an area of our village that 1000's of commuters travel through, and has a park that hosts our community farmers market, and will include shopping & restaurants as the area continues to build up. Approximately 10 members will be involved with the selection of the clock, the work w/op township to facilitate the installation of the clock in our town square.
