Project Description Country: USA Location: Plainfield Total Budget: $576 Area of Focus: Economic and community development Activity Type: Food/Agriculture: General Summary: Birthday Bags provided for children to the Plainfield Food Pantry. These Birthday Bags will contain the basic supplies to have a Birthday party for children who's families are unable to afford these items. Every child should have the means and opportunity to celebrate their Birthday. When we approached the food pantry, they said that families they serve have been asking if these were available. We are proud to be filling a need in our community! Each bag will include, cake mix, icing, candles, plates, party hats, table cloth and baking pan if needed. Members will shop for supplies, assemble and delivery bags to the food pantry.
