For several years, these two Clubs have partnered in a humanitarian effort to supply refugee families with much needed aid. The families are returning to their homeland after some 20 years of war that decimated all of Chechnya. The Rotary Club of Grozny will manage the purchase and distribution of these items to help the refugees through the harsh winter months.
