Food will be provided to any Leyden Township resident that is currently in need. W average seeing 20-35 individuals per week, and currently have almost 300 people signed up on the program.

Hello,
I want to remind you that your club's District Grant Final Report was due 30 days after completion of the project. COVID-19 grants were due by November 30, 2020. To complete your report, log into your account on matchinggrants.org. You will find the final report form there. Please complete the report and upload it along with your receipts by January 31, 2021.

Hi Sylvia,
I want to remind you that your club’s final report for P3269: Food Pantry COVID19 is due by Monday, May 24. If your club has completed its project, I am asking that you file the final report as quickly as possible. If you have not been able to complete your project due to COVID, please let me know. You may be able to repurpose the grant. The deadline for notification is this upcoming Monday, April 12. Unused funds will not carry over into FY22.

Hi Sylvia,
I want to remind you that your club’s final report for District Grant #3269, Food Pantry COVID-19, is more than 120 days past due. It is critical that you file your report now. The hard deadline is two weeks from today: Monday, May 31, 2021. Failure to meet the deadline may result in losing your club’s 2021-2022 District Grant allocation. Additionally, filing a late report delays 2021-2022 allocations for the entire district.
