Project Description Country: USA Location: Fallbrook Total Budget: $3,000 Area of Focus: Basic education and literacy Activity Type: Education: Literacy Summary: Buy books for every 3rd grader in Fallbrook School District Our club has been purchasing a book for all third grade students for several years. We deliver the books to the classrooms and read the book to the students and each student leaves with a copy of the book. We are again choosing "Now and Ben", a book about the inventions of Ben Franklin and how they are still relevant today. Funds will be used to purchase the books and stickers to place in the book showing that they were donated by our Rotary Club. Club members will be involved in putting the stickers in the books and as readers in the classroom.
