Project Description Country: USA Location: Chicago, IL Total Budget: $500 Area of Focus: Maternal and child health Activity Type: Group Exchange Summary: Procurement and distribution of winter coats to children in need in the Chicagoland area. The Club will facilitate the procurement and distribution of winter coats for children through Operation Warm Coats. The procurement of the coats will begin in the fall and will be distributed to organizations that focus on children in need. To maximize impact, we will invite other District Clubs to participate, consolidating their purchases with ours and coordinating the overall distribution effort.
