Project Description Country: USA Location: Chicago, IL Total Budget: $486 Area of Focus: Basic education and literacy Activity Type: Education: General Summary: Raised educational garden beds for children at Mercy Housing in Chicago. Coordinating with Mercy Housing, the Club will purchase supplies, soil and starter plants to aid in creating several raised garden beds at a Mercy Housing facility in Chicago. Club members will also assist in building and planting the garden beds. The garden beds will be used as part of a broader children's educational program at Mercy Housing.
