Summary: Grants to teachers for classroom innovative community focused projects
The idea for this project came out of collaborations with local educators expressing the need for special funding for creative and innovative projects. This grant will be used for teachers to apply for funding for classroom projects that will enhance the learning experience for students as well as promote community involvement in solving problems. Several classroom grants will be offered to students in grades 6-12. The application process will start in September and end in December. Club members will review applications and visit classrooms to observe the progress and final projects.
This project is "Paid". This means that the funds from the district have been issued. This project is now being ready for implementation. When this is done, a report needs to be uploaded on the project page and the "Reported" button needs to be clicked, then the status of the project will be changed to "Reported".
