Your club is eligible to apply for $1,251 of DDF toward your project. Because your club's giving to The Rotary Foundation's Annual Fund-SHARE in 2019-20 was <$100/capita, this is the most you can ask for, but why wouldn't you ask for the most you're eligible to receive? If you'd like to get a bigger grant, please make the changes to your application before sending it for signatures. When you change the DDF, you can reduce the club contribution to stay at $3,000 total or increase the size of the project. It's up to you. Call me if you have questions: marianne (208) 308-5617.

Your district grant project has been included in D5400's block grant application to The Rotary Foundation. It is not yet approved. Do not place orders or spend money on the project until you hear from the district that TRF has approved our block grant (likely sometime this month), as you cannot be reimbursed for expenses incurred prior to TRF approval. Call Marianne Barker at 208 308-5617 if you have any questions. Thank you!

I have audited this project. I will approve it when the following items are addressed:

1. The 5 checks to reimburse Rotarians totaled $4,300.90 and your expenses and revenues are $4,236.08. Please explain the difference.

2. Two invoices were scanned too large, and I can't read the items and expenses. Please resubmit them. The 2 checks to Rotarians were $1,006.45 and $643.40.

Thank you for participating in Rotary Foundation district grants. The requested corrections to your final report are due by May 15th, 2023. Your club's eligibility for a grant in 2023-24 cycle may be jeopardized if your final report for this year isn't complete. Do not respond to this notification but check the history logs in your grant to see the issues our grants auditor had with your reporting. Thank you! Call Marianne 208 308-5617 if you have questions.
