Project Description

Country: USA

Location: Camp Pendleton

Total Budget: $6,000

Area of Focus: Maternal and child health

Activity Type: Health: General

Summary: Diapers & wipes, infant formula and infant/children's items provided to Warrior Warehouse aboard MCB Camp Pendleton

For more than 21 years, the Rotary Camp Pendleton Foundation, operating Warrior Warehouse, has been a lifeline for military families facing some of life's most challenging transitions. During this time, more than 175,000 military families have received assistance through the programs, each one representing a story of resilience, sacrifice, and hope.

Behind every number is a family. A young Marine and spouse arriving at Camp Pendleton with little more than what fits in their vehicle. A military family welcoming a newborn while managing the financial realities of service life. More than 160 babies are born aboard MCB Camp Pendleton each month. The infant/children's section at Warrior Warehouse helps to provide diapers, wipes, infant formula, infant & childrens items, and more, to enlisted families in need.

This project would help to support their infant and toddler department by providing diapers, wipes and infant formula to active-duty military families in need. This project funding timeline would begin 8/15/26 and complete 12/31/26.

Rotary Camp Pendleton is the satellite club of our Rotary Club of Carlsbad. Dedicated Rotarian volunteers work at Warrior Warehouse each Friday morning, 50 weeks per year, to serve the military families in need. Members from both Rotary Club of Carlsbad and Rotary Camp Pendleton actively participate each week. Multiple Rotarians of Rotary Camp Pendleton work daily, throughout the year, to keep Warrior Warehouse running. Their full operation can be seen at www.RCP-USA.org .
