Rotary Club: Barrow (Nuvuk) Project Title: Leader in Me (LIM) 1. Describe the project. What was done, when and where did project activities take place? Timeline: October 12, 2020-Initial Training for LIM for Teachers and Rotarians on the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Oct.-March-Implement teaching the 7 Habits via distance with students. Teachers also have access to online resources. Share a presentation with Rotary on the progress of implementation. March-2 half days of follow-up training with teachers for the Leader in Me. Planning on further implementation for the 21-22 school year. Mar-current-find additional funding to continue the program. 2. How many people benefited from this project? 350 3. Who were the beneficiaries, how were they impacted by this project, and what humanitarian need was met? Hopson Middle School Teachers and students. SAC members (Community members) and Rotarians. 4. How many Rotarians participated in the project? 18 5. What did they do? Please give at least two examples, not including financial support provided to the project. Approve the funding, participate in training and further planning, participated in follow-up presentations. 6. If a cooperating organization was involved, what was its role? North Slope Borough School District and the Franklin Covey Leader in Me Organization. 7. Income

District must retain receipts of all expenditures for at least five years.
