Our Youth Programs project was modified due the COVID 19 pandemic effect on District Youth Programs. Our modifications were approved by the District Grants Chair. 2. Home for Guiding Hands (residential home for mentally challenged) $700. Lebanon Food Project (following devastating explosion in Beirut) $1500. Global Care Alliance (non-profit NGO with projects in Lebanon) $1500. The Rotary Foundation--Donation to Global Grant for dialysis $1550. machines in Ankara, Turkey. City Heights Rotaract--Board retreat July 2020 $258.70 City Heights Rotaract--donation to build/erect Little Libraries $2000. Total $7508.70 4. Distributed food and gifts to mentally challenged adults Distributed food and medical supplies to Beirut residents affected by explosion. Provided for long-term rebuilding projects in Beirut, Lebanon. Provide updated dialysis machines in Ankara, Turkey hospital Provide food & supplies for City Heights Board retreat Provide for "Little Free Libraries" in City Heights area--built and erected City Heights Rotaract Club 6. If a cooperating organization was involved, what was its role? Home for Guiding Hands--provided link to Milton Manor--the group home we support. Global Care Alliance--provided long-term recovery projects in Beirut Beirut Rotary and Rotaract Clubs--helped with food/medical supplies distribution to victims of explosion. City Heights Rotaract--spent a day planning for the 2020-21 Rotary Year City Heights Rotaract--will build and erect Little Free Libraries in their community--with children's and adult books available for free. 7.
