Project Title: Diving Board for City Pool


Project Description

We presented a check to the Mayor of Mapleton to purchase a new diving board for the city pool. The diving board was purchased and installed. The city of Mapleton's residents and many surrounding communities are benefitting from the new diving board.

The City Mayor ordered the diving board.

The City of Mapleton water and sewer employees installed the new diving board.

10. What are the expected long-term community impacts of the project?

The city of Mapleton is working to update the city pool. The rotary project of getting the new diving board helps with the swimming pool renovations. All of the children and families in Mapleton and surrounding communities will enjoy the new diving board. Helping with the pool renovations brings people into the community, which also helps our economy.

11. If a cooperating organization was involved, please identify it and describe the role it played.

We worked with the City of Mapleton employees to implement the project. The City crew installed the diving board.
