Project Description Region: Western Europe Country: UK and China Location: London and Beiging Total Budget: $67,983 Area of Focus: Peacebuilding and conflict prevention Global Scholar for masters degree in China-US relations with a focus on South China Sea conflict prevention. Goal is to become familiar with China and international relations on a level that will allow applicant to form policy and promote future cooperation. The ultimate objective being to leave England prepared to lead efforts in establishing a peaceful relationship with China. In particular, the objective is to help the U.S. Navy navigate the challenges in the South China Sea. Studies begin September 2017 and will be completed in June of 2019.
