Project Description Region: Eastern Europe Country: Turkey Location: ADANA city Total Budget: $41,000 Area of Focus: Disease prevention and treatment 2017 2018 The 6 Rotary clubs of Adana city RID 2430 ,Turkey, as their common objective global grant project who has all agreed on and selected who has area of focus .Give a hand to Life.Launching Defibrllation units at various publicly crowded areas such as train station,football stadium,swimming pool,shopping malls A defibrillator gives a high energy electric shock to the heart through the chest wall to someone who is in cardiac arrest. This high energy shock is called defibrillation, and it's an essential life saving step in the chain of survival.Type of defibrillator, and locations will be determined by medical specialists of Rotarians who are currently actively working at various hospitals risk of assessment team as well as Resuscitation Council members of Turkey.
