Although all organs are vitally important in the life cycle of human beings this project is concentrating and requiring donations and International partner in EYE . Two very major EYE Disease and Ilnesses namely the Glaucoma and Cataract patients who both have Glaucoma and Cataract can be operated at the same time with the high technology of equipment known

as SLT/YAG (Laser)which manages Glaucome Cataract and Retina laser all in one .Which now mean that without the risks of second operation of the patients in single operation and managing with the single operation.Our President Elect (Huseyin Kanat 2018-2019 paid a visit to the University of Cukurova ,University Hospital (Local hospital in our city of Adana)EYE Department and discussed with the Head of Department Prof Meltem Yagmur what benefits would such equipment could bring on the public hospital EYE patients and it was suggested by her that a team for assessment of needs to be formed and results to be discussed during the second meeting.Both President Elect and Vocational Avenue Leader together with secretary met the seccond time with the University Hosppital EYE Department Assessment of Needs team and results of the team statisticaly proved that 35 patients who suffered with the a/m EYE Diseases and Illnesses in advanced stages would benefit by operations with this equipment succesfully every month.

With Club Cash Contributions and District DDF contributions already planned ,adding TRF contributions and International Club and District DDF contributions the purchased equipment will be handed over to the University of Cukurova,University Hospital (Balcalı) where the equipment will be managed and operated by the Professors and Assistant Professors on public patients at no payment free of charge hospital.Locals of whom are uninsured,unfortunate,no proper skills no jobs and no Government pensions .
