This is a rural school education for hearing impaired students project with focus on education and safe drinking water at Gadag, India

Project Description

B.D Tatti Memorial Charitable Trust is providing education and services for hearing impaired boys and girls in this local village with a vison :to create equal opportunities for persons with disability to become contributing members of society since 1994 .Now with help of local rotary club plans to improve living conditions and education program with the help of this grant .The propjet provides basic furniture in the hostel for boys and girls , including clean drinking water, projector science lab equipment .

Beneficiaries: Hearing impaired students of age 6-15 from 1 grade to 10 th grade, 100 boys and 80 girls

Last month grant officer Ms. Chandra Palmer rejected the application as there was no Training program for teachers.Called Grant director Abby McNear and discussed , sent more information on the project sent by email and now the grant is considered and recently sent training program plans and waiting for an approval
