This humanitarian project tries to raise the necessary funds to buy a digital module for Rx images to be set up in the Municipal Hospital "Marino Cassano" of the city of Miramar, the chief town of General Alvarado Department, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina.
The replacement of the printing system of Rx pictures for the digital system will benefit a population of over 40.000 people, reaching during the summer season the number of 115.000 people.
This hospital receives the population of five towns, which include 11 centers of health primary attention and an old people`s home.
Additional Contribution (not matched by The Rotary Foundation)
$500
Total
$65,890
Note: as of July 1, 2015 there is a 5% additional support fee for cash contributions. This fee does not appear in the financials above because it does not apply if the funds are sent directly to the project account (without going through TRF, and therefore without Paul Harris credit). Clubs sending their cash contribution to TRF must be aware they will have to send an additional 5%.
