BENEFICIARIES: Students of Special School No. 9 "Helen Keller" for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, state institution created in 1974. It is located in Barrio Ferré, Coronel Blanco 256, in the city of Corrientes Capital. It currently has an enrollment of 104 students, distributed in different educational services. He is currently carrying out the BILINGUAL-BICULTURAL education model, educating the deaf person with respect for their language and their identity. The students of primary school, attend full-time, receiving breakfast, lunch and snack, granted by the Ministry of Education.
