Acquisition of Industrial Washing and Drying Machines, as well as an effluent treatment plant, for a philanthropic Institution that serves children, adolescents and adults with disabilities and maintains the income of a laundry installed in its premises.
Encantado's APAE is currently struggling financially, as are most non-profit institutions, surviving on limited resources. In the area of Health, of the 1000 attendances that it realizes, it is remunerated only by 350. In Education, of the 85 students only receives resources for 35 students only being able to maintain the others and to attend so many patients that exceed the limit, because it owns the laundry.
The APAE laundry serves four companies in the municipality of Encantado, has 13 employees and is used by the school in its employability project, which trains students so that they can be inserted in the labor market, thus gaining independence and autonomy.
This laundry, however, needs new machines since the ones it owns, most of them are still from its foundation in 2001. However, there are no leftover resources for the purchase of new machines since the high cost of them. With the replacement of machines, it would be possible to reduce the number of employees and reduce costs with electricity, water and equipment maintenance
