Project Description Region: South America Country: Brazil Location: Toledo Total Budget: $37,048 Area of Focus: Maternal and child health View Online Proposal Form The Global Grant Project aims the acquisition of equipment of one ICU Neonatal unit for the HOESP - Born Jesus Hospital, Philanthropic Entity located in the city of Toledo Paraná, Brazil. The hospital is the only one that assists newborns of 18 municipalities in the West Parana Region with a population of around 450.000 people. The goal is to reduce the mortality rate of premature children and offer a better access to medical assistance and essential treatment for newborns.
