In Mexico, the term temporary refuge refers to the physical facility enabled to provide temporary protection and welfare to people who have no chance immediate access to a safe room in case of an imminent risk, a emergency, sinister or disaster.
Due to the growing problem in the families of our municipality where the fundamental rights of children and adolescents are being violated, violence against women, men and older adults is a universal problem and one of the most widespread violations of rights.
• The social violence in a country affects their health system, as well as divides families and communities. Despite the fact that progress has been made mainly in legislative frameworks, the magnitude of the problem has not yet been acknowledged, so it has not been eradicated in the 21st century and this affects all nationalities, beliefs, classes, races and ethnic groups.
