Proposal Form

The project will be implemented at APAE - Association of Parents and Friends of Disabled Individuals of Botucatu - Dr. João de Queiroz Reis Street, 278 -Vila Sonia - Botucatu-SP - CEP .: 18.607-010. Initially it will serve 50 people with multiple disabilities and / or neuropsychomotor developmental delay, associated with intellectual disability and autism spectrum disorder, and people with sequelae and sensorineural deficits. For this, we intend to implement the PediaSuit Protocol, where the patient will develop activities with people and objects, working on cognitive activities, perceptive, affective aspects and daily life activities. The concept is to create a support unit to align the body as closely as possible with the ordinary functional skills Intensive care will re-educate the brain to recognize patterns of functional movement, motor development, balance, coordination, adequacy of gait patterns, among many others. After implementation, the responsibility for the use and maintenance of what is donated will be of the institution.

Note: as of July 1, 2015 there is a 5% additional support fee for cash contributions. This fee does not appear in the financials above because it does not apply if the funds are sent directly to the project account (without going through TRF, and therefore without Paul Harris credit). Clubs sending their cash contribution to TRF must be aware they will have to send an additional 5%.
