The project will take place at the headquarters of Indaial volunteer firefighters which is located in Indaial city, state of Santa Catarina. The corporation has approximately 180 volunteer firefighters and 5 military firefighters. Currently the corporation has 4 ambulances, 2 fire trucks, 1 tank truck and 2 pickup trucks to assist at the ocorences. They directly serve a region with a population of 68,000 and provide emergency support in the surrounding cities. Their area of operation has 20 km of highway, called "BR 470", which is the main highway that connects the west to east regions of our state. This stretch of highway has a lot of serious accidents. The corporation attends about 260 monthly occurrences, which are mostly traffic accidents and traumas. The corporation needs a mobile power generator with a light tower to assist in the night calls. This generator can also be used for any power outages in the corporate headquarters so the communication system between vehicles and emergency public agencies is not interrupted. The equipment maintenance will be performed by the corporation. The club members are committed to improve the service provided by the corporation and find the most cost-effective option to comply with this needed.

This project has been "Dropped". Check the history log entries to see why it was dropped.
Note: as of July 1, 2015 there is a 5% additional support fee for cash contributions. This fee does not appear in the financials above because it does not apply if the funds are sent directly to the project account (without going through TRF, and therefore without Paul Harris credit). Clubs sending their cash contribution to TRF must be aware they will have to send an additional 5%.
