Office implementation will allow opportune care for urgent ophthalmological conditions. Timelime : First phase : physical space adequation (1st month) Second phase : equipment acquisition (1st month) Third phase : equipment instalation (2nd month) Fourth phase : attention of patients(2nd month and beyond) Club members : participate refering people to the office from different communities.
