The community which exceeds 60 villages and 300,000 people are in need of doing a PCR test to identify and prevent the spread of COVID 19 in the area as the closest center is more than 1 hour drive. The project will make accessibility much easier and quicker to meet the health requirements. We need to start this project as soon as possible and will continue as long as the pandemic exists. The funds will be used to purchase the machine and its 3000 kits to help start right away. The rest of the kits will be subsidized by raising funds from the club members with their involvement with the community. The IMAN hospital will provide all logistics to do the test for free.
Note: as of July 1, 2015 there is a 5% additional support fee for cash contributions. This fee does not appear in the financials above because it does not apply if the funds are sent directly to the project account (without going through TRF, and therefore without Paul Harris credit). Clubs sending their cash contribution to TRF must be aware they will have to send an additional 5%.
