Raise the level and quality of knowledge through training in values, basic use of technology, pedagogy, correct management of caring for the environment, to 39 teachers from colleges and schools in the Río Mira sector, correcting the current deficiency reflected in low academic level and motivation.The little attention given to these institutions, the little motivation and lack of opportunities to update knowledge and the low level of teacher pedagogy, has meant that students do not have a quality education, thus causing school dropouts, low motivation and few opportunities for innovation and progress for both teachers and students and the community in general. We found communities in a state of illiteracy due to a lack of trainers. Through this education strategy we will ensure that self-esteem, empowerment, vocation and passion for what they do is recovered.Timeline is 12 months.
