Project Description Region: Asia Country: India Location: Dimapur Total Budget: $85,000 Area of Focus: Maternal and child health Congenital Heart Defects are prevalent in our State & North Eastern India.Surgery is not available in the region also.Every year our club send 12-15 Children outside for Free Surgery.Still we can not fulfill the requirements. Hence, our club proposes a global grant grant project for 50 Free Heart Surgery for Children with CHD.This project will be able to meet a need of the community.Our club members & District will be involved in identifying children & solve their logistics.Clubs Members will look after the post operative care also.The project cost is estimated 85000 U.S.Dollars.Our Club will raise 5000 U.S.Dollars & is looking for partner or grant support of 80000 Dollars.The grant money will be used for Hospital payment. Till now, our club has arranged free heart surgery for 112 children.
