Project Title: Transforming livelihood through Transportation in Mbale

Rush is a revolutionary ride-hailing app designed to address the transportation challenges faced by residents of Mbale, Uganda. With the aim of providing safe, reliable, and convenient transportation services and creation of jobs to the youth as drivers and rider, Rush seeks funding to scale its operations and enhance its impact in the region.
Identified Needs:
Mbale currently lacks a comprehensive and efficient public transportation system, leading to difficulties for residents in accessing essential services, employment opportunities, and leisure activities. The existing transportation options are often unreliable, unsafe, and inefficient, resulting in inconvenience and frustration for commuters.
Project Solution:
Rush aims to meet these identified needs by providing an innovative ride-hailing platform that connects commuters with reliable drivers, ensuring safe and timely transportation across Mbale. -Phase 1 (0-6 months): upgrading and officially launch the Rush app, continuous onboard drivers, and conduct marketing campaigns to raise awareness among residents of Mbale.
-Phase 2 (6-12 months): Expand the fleet of vehicles and coverage area, optimize the app based on user feedback, and implement additional features to enhance the user experience.
-Phase 3 (12-18 months):Scale operations to meet growing demand, establish partnerships with local businesses and organizations, and explore opportunities for expansion into neighboring regions.
Use of Funds:
