Why did you choose to partner with this organization and what will its role be? The Mariluz Recyclers Association (AREMA) was created in 2016 with the purpose of organizing the collection of recyclables in the city. Today the Association works with 07 families, employing 09 employees, collecting an average of 16 tons/month of recyclable waste, with a demand to collect another 15 tons/month, which would generate another 09 direct jobs. The role of this Association is provide a quality service to the community through qualification, having as consequently, the generation of a greater number of jobs.
