The John Patton Memorial Pavilion construction is underway. The footers, metal structure and roof are finished. Concrete will be poured tomorrow. Rotarian volunteers work on the project over the next few weeks to prepare surfaces for painting, painting the pavilion, shoveling fill around the concrete pad and laying sod. The project is expected to be finished in June.

The John Patton Memorial Pavilion structure has been finished. Because of the extreme heat, we have postponed the sanding and painting of the structure. Pictures of the Pavilion to come soon.

I know this project is complete but a final report and a copy of the receipts have never been uploaded to the documents section of the project. I think I have uploaded an invoice for the John Patton Memorial Pavilion from Fletcher Construction. The invoice was paid on June 29, 2017. I hope this will close out the project. Terry Weitzel

In order to close out this project you need to complete a District Final Report in addition to the receipts you have provided. This report can be downloaded from the District website www.rotry5440.org. Under the Grants/Foundation info. tab click on Grants Information/Forms tab. Under Files on the left hand side you will find the District Grant Report Form. Please fill it out and upload it to the Documents page of this project.
