Extended Hands Food Bank, 16548 E Laser Dr, Fountain Hills, AZ 85268 480-837-0303. Food bank has served approximately 1000 people each month for cost of $20.83/ person or $81.32 for family of four...has over 50 volunteers who retrieve food from local groceries, store refrigerated and dry foods, pack boxes of food, ensure that those who apply for food qualify, hand out food. Four Peaks Rotary members have volunteered to pack bags and boxes of food on a monthly basis. Note that when we have funds available, we get a list of the needed food items from the food bank, arrange to purchase the food from one of the local grocery stores, gather members to help load the food from the store onto the Extended Hands Food Bank Truck.
