Summary: Remodel and repair of a bathroom at the Rotary House in Ketchikan, AK, USA.
Rotary House provides affordable housing accommodations for out of town hospital patients and their families when they need to come to Ketchikan for medical services, especially pregnant mother's from outlying areas that need to come to Ketchikan two weeks prior to delivery. One of the condo units for Rotary House is in need of a bathroom remodel and repair. The remodel and repair will provide continued use and longevity of this Rotary House unit. Rotarians will be involved in parts of the remodel process, such as the demo and finishing stages. The remodel project's expected completion date will be prior to May 1, 2014.

Started demo of old bathroom tiles at Rotary House. Rotarians Matt Walsh, Christine Dahl, and her husband assisted with demo.

Laying of new tile to commence this week. Rotarians Fred Monrean and Susan Fisher scheduled to assist with this. Other Rotarians also scheduled to do additional clean up of the bathroom and apartment unit.

An updated project report with receipts was attached to the documents page on June 16, 2014. Additional work has been completed on the Rotary House units; however, the actual dollar amount spent ended up still being slightly under the original budgeted amount.
