Brandon, the district will fund unto 87.5% of grants under $1,000, so you could ask for more funding from the district and require less out of pocket funding from the club. Also don't forget to electronically sign this grant prior to June 1st. Hit the administration button make your correction on the financing tab if you would like, then go to the description tab and hit the "start signature process" button. Your grant application has been approved for the total amount of DDF requested of $875.00 for your Gate way sign project. Please confirm via history log at matchinggrants.org that you intend to proceed with the project as submitted to initiate the funding process. If you anticipate a reduction in the total budget, please cancel signature process (description tab – admin.) and adjust your financing to reflect revisions, and then send again for signatures. Changes will be reviewed by the district for final notification of grant award. As soon as you confirm or change your project as directed above, you may begin to incur expense. The travertine Rock has been purchased and placed on corner in Ashton. We are having a local high school make the lettering for sign. Premier will be making Rotary Symbol and powder coating all metal to be placed on rock.

Project was completed in June 2016. The sign looks fantastic. The Ashton Rotary is very happy with how it turned out. Proud to be a Rotarian.

Please submit a final report and receipts for expenditures. You'll find the report form in the adminstration side of the description tab in your grant. D5400 will be training on grant reporting at its Rotary Foundation seminar in Pocatello on Nov. 5. We'd love to see you there!
